  PropertyMart.com announces Joint Marketing Agreement with the Winnipeg Free Press

  WINNIPEG, MB. January 9, 2001 -- PropertyMart.com is excited to enter the New Year with the announcement of a joint marketing agreement with Winnipeg's largest newspaper, the Winnipeg Free Press, a division of Thomson Canada Limited.

  Resale Homes

  This agreement will provide additional exposure for PropertyMart.com's ZoomTours™ service to real estate agents within Winnipeg and surrounding areas. As part of this agreement, the Winnipeg Free Press will be providing value-added virtual tours to its online real estate listings exclusively through PropertyMart.com.

  Agents who wish to purchase a picture listing with the Winnipeg Free Press will now have the option of adding a virtual tour to their listing. Picture listings automatically run on the Winnipeg Free Press website (to be re-launched shortly) for a period of one week. In addition, the listing will run on the PropertyMart.com website until the home has been sold.

  This joint marketing agreement will be promoted both online through the Winnipeg Free Press website which currently receives over 400,000 hits per month; and offline in the Winnipeg Free Press newspaper which is distributed to over 200,000 residents in Winnipeg. PropertyMart.com feels that this is an excellent value proposition for real estate agents who want immediate exposure for their resale home listings.

  New Homes - Parade of Homes

  In addition, this joint marketing agreement provides exposure for PropertyMart.com's ZoomTours™ service to Winnipeg's new homebuilders.

  The Winnipeg Free Press on behalf of the Manitoba Home Builders Association produces a magazine called the Parade of Homes which features all show homes that have been entered into the Parade. The Winnipeg Free Press will digitize this magazine and place it on their website for users to search by geographic area.

  When a user finds a show home of interest, they will now be able to take a virtual tour directly from the Winnipeg Free Press website to be provided exclusively through PropertyMart.com. New home builders who want this additional exposure for their show homes must purchase a virtual tour exclusively through PropertyMart.com to have it linked to the Winnipeg Free Press website which receives over 400,000 hits per month. Once again, PropertyMart.com feels this is an excellent value proposition for new homebuilders who wish to promote their showcase homes to a broad cross-section of the city's population.
