WINNIPEG, MB. October 1, 2000 -- PropertyMart.com has recently completed the design
of a mini-billboard that will be displayed at over 500 locations throughout Winnipeg.

Using the Ad-In Advertising's indoor ad medium, PropertyMart.com will run a colorful,
humorous ad which features and promotes it's ZoomTours™ service. This ad will reach
a broad cross-section of the public within such locations as: Earl's, Grape's, Moxies,
Applebee's, The Keg, Brannigans, and numerous other restaurants and bars both upscale and casual.
