PropertyMart.com launches New Homes Channel
|

WINNIPEG, MB, September 15, 2000 -- PropertyMart.com is pleased to announce that it
has completed it's New Homes Channel which will feature Winnipeg's new home builders
and virtual tours of their respective show homes. The channel has been designed to
allow users to search based on price, style of home, bedrooms, bathrooms, and square
footage. A user then receives a summary list of homes that matched their search.

Once a listing is chosen, the user is taken to an online brochure where they are
presented with a full description, home amenities, photos, floor plans, and virtual
tours. The virtual tour allows the user to tour the home at their convenience 24
hours a day using a computer, Internet browser, and a mouse to navigate the tour.

Our launch coincides with the Fall Parade of Homes where Winnipeg's new
homebuilders showcase their best homes. The Parade of Homes runs from
September 16 to October 15, 2000 where potential new homebuyers can visit
82 show homes built by 34 builders in 24 communities in and around Winnipeg.

Alternatively, new home agents have found PropertyMart.com's ZoomTours™
service to be useful in directing potential new homebuyers to their listings and thus
