How do I find a property? |

From the PropertyMart.com home page, choose the type of
property you are looking for (e.g. New Homes). Using search option 1, you may select your desired geographical region
by clicking the appropriate portion of the map that is shown. With search option 2, you may enter your search
criteria using the pull down menus and check boxes and click Search.
A list of matching properties will appear with summarized information about each individual listing.
Click on the name of the listing to see it's property information (brochure page).
Option 3 allows you to enter the PropertyMart.com listing number, which
will immediately display the property's brochure page.

Is PropertyMart.com free to search?

Yes. PropertyMart.com is always free to search.

How much is it to list a property?

a virtual tour fee to list properties.

How do I list my property on PropertyMart.com?

Simply contact us at our office. We will return your message, and arrange to visit the property to
photograph the ZoomTour™. The ZoomTour™ and listing information will be posted on the Internet within 48 hours of our initial
contact with you.

Who will see my listings?

Anyone browsing PropertyMart.com may view your listings.
The Internet allows anyone from anywhere in the world to see your listing, not just from within
your own city or region.

Can I edit my listing once it is posted on PropertyMart.com?

Yes. Simply login to your Private Office (temporarily out of service) by entering your
username and password. Once inside, you will be able to see and edit all of your listings by
choosing the My Listings option.

What are the benefits of 360-degree ZoomTours™ and how do they work?
|

A ZoomTour™ can give you a more in-depth look into the property you are viewing. For more

Why are there checkboxes along side some of the maps?
|

Usually on the last map page PropertyMart.com gives users the option to select more that one area.
This allows users a broader search for properties meeting their criteria.

How do I see pictures and ZoomTours™ of Properties?
|
| |
When you are viewing a brochure page click on any of the pictures or plans on your left hand side
and photos should appear in the viewing box. To view the ZoomTour™ click the ZoomTour™ image
and another browser window will pop up. Once the ZoomTour™ loads, use the icons next to the
zoom button in the bottom left hand corner to navigate the tour.
